Baratta’s product range consists of equipment designed specifically to meet the different needs of the food processing and catering sector: boiling pans withtilting or mixing, professional bratt pans with or without mixing, automatic pasta cookers and appliances dedicated to the cooling process.
The term ‘’boiling pan‘’ refers to an appliance that cooks at a temperature of around 100°C and is therefore suitable for the production of soups, broths, polenta, mashed potatoes, jams and béchamel.
Commonly referred to as ‘pasta cookers‘, they can be used to cook any type of food in water. The basket lifts automatically when the time set in the draining phase expires, waiting for the arrival of the operator.
Bratt pans are defined as equipment built for cooking sautés, sauces, braised dishes and risottos. The temperature of the bottom of the pan is adjustable from 50°C to 300°C.

The structure of the equipment, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, is entrusted to designers who have been working with our company for a long time. The electrical components and geared motors are of proven quality and perfectly dimensioned for intensive use.
The choice of steels is made according to the specific application; the tanks of the automatic equipment are all made of Aisi 316 so that even acidic foodstuffs can be cooked.
We are also the only company on the market that offers its customers a choice between automatic equipment with electronic or electromechanical controls. The latter allow easy availability and decisive technical interventions in a very short time, while the former allow the operator to easily recall the stored processes.
