Baratta pasta cookers are designed for intensive use. The materials selected for their construction ensure long-lasting durability, while the thickness of the steel plates guarantees maximum reliability. The “cut” perforation design of the basket is optimized to hold even fine rice, while allowing for rapid water drainage. The control panel includes a feature to regulate water intake in both automatic and manual modes, which helps in removing excess starch. The adjustable water temperature allows for the cooking of delicate products.
The CPGR series, manufactured by BARATTA, offers models with capacities ranging from 150 to 250 liters, making it possible to choose the best fit for any space, productivity, and consumption needs.
Baratta pasta cookers can be used for various applications, perfect for cooking pasta, rice, vegetables, and fish. Once the time set on the timer has elapsed, the basket automatically rises, pauses during the draining phase, and the tipping will be completed by the operator using a dedicated collecting trolley.
Built with AISI 304 stainless steel, the structure of the pasta cooker is solid and designed for long-lasting functionality. The baskets and cooking vessels are entirely made of AISI 316 stainless steel to withstand the corrosive effects of salt. The 4 mm thick vessel ensures exceptional sturdiness. An effective layer of insulation reduces heat loss, optimizing both energy consumption and cooking performance.
