In addition to the high-production models, we also offer classic models with capacities ranging from 100 to 250 liters, perfect for small to medium-sized professional kitchens.
Baratta professional cookers are versatile and can be used to cook pasta, rice, vegetables, fish, and other foods. At the end of the time set on the timer, the basket automatically lifts and stops for drainage. The final tilting is completed by the operator using a dedicated collection trolley. Built with AISI 304 stainless steel, our professional pasta cookers offer a solid structure, ensuring functionality and long-lasting durability. The baskets and tanks are made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel, resistant to the corrosive action of salt. The 4mm thickness of the tank gives the machine exceptional compactness. An effective insulating layer minimizes heat loss, optimizing energy consumption and improving performance.
