At the end of cooking, the machine drains the hot water from the jacket and allows cold water to flow in through a dedicated external cooler. When the preset temperature is reached, the machine notifies the operator, who can then drain the product, ready for storage. The process is controlled by a program set directly from the professional boiling pan’s touchscreen panel, which allows for the storage of up to 100 recipes. Once the desired recipe is recalled, the electric boiling pan with mixing and cooling will be ready to autonomously perform the entire cooking and cooling cycle, optimizing time and energy consumption.
